At present, Rancho manages over 350 Corporations, totaling over 50,000 units, and located in some of the most desirable neighbourhoods.

One of the largest Strata Management companies in the region, Rancho is licensed under the Real Estate Act and is a good standing member with the Strata Property Agents (SPABC) BC.  Rancho is also a member of Condominium Home Owner’s Association (CHOA), Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA), and Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) Vancouver Chapter. Rancho is also in good standing with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
