Rancho is licensed under the Real Estate Act to provide property management services. 100% of our business is generated through providing property management services.
Rancho is a good standing member of the Strata Property Agents (SPABC) BC. Rancho is also a member of Condominium Home Owner’s Association.
General Manager:
Mr. Chris Sargent is Rancho’s General Manager and Managing Broker. Mr. Sargent has worked at Rancho for over twenty years. Mr. Sargent is a Certified General Accountant and is also currently serving on the SPABC Board of Directors.
Senior Property Manager:
Mr. Joseph Tsang is a Senior Property Manager and has worked at Rancho for over fifteen years. Mr. Tsang has a banking background and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. He is also licensed under the Real Estate Act.
Accounting Department:
Rancho's accounting department is made up of over ten energetic staff, all of whom are pursuing their CGA or CMA designation. All of Rancho's trust accounts are located at the Royal Bank of Canada.
Administration Department:
All of Rancho's Administrative Assistants are proficient with the latest word processing software, spreadsheets, and presentation programs.
Rancho also proudly supports the Lion's Club Yaletown, Richmond Minor Hockey (sponsor for 10 years), BC Children's Hospital, and the Wishcup Soccer Festival (Creative Peace Network and Make-A-Wish Foundation BC & YK). |
